Terms and Conditions

1. The claim must be based on a like for like comparison of the server type, location, rate conditions.
2. The cloud solution at the lower price must be available online with an immediate confirmation.
3. Special offer, promotional and contracted prices are excluded.
4. Claims must be made within 5 working days of the time of booking with CloudHosts.
5. Claims must include: your name, a daytime telephone number and return email address, your CloudHosts Account Details, Competitor name and web address, a screen shot of the lower competitor price.
6. All information requested must be provided or the claim will not be accepted.
7. CloudHosts must be able to verify the claim. Claims will be verified within 48 hours of receipt (only during office hours Monday-Friday 0900-1800). If the competitor price can not be verified on the internet the claim will be invalid.
8. You will be notified by e-mail of the acceptance or rejection of your claim. Where a claim is successful, the relevant 'double the difference' sum will be processed for refund within 10 working days of your claim. Refunds will be issued to your CloudHosts account.
9. Claims not submitted in accordance with the rules or incomplete will not be accepted. CloudHosts accepts no responsibility if claims are lost due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt
